Murali Nagaraj (Founder) Murali has over 11 years of experience as an R&D engineer in the storage software domain. He was a part of the engineering teams at Symantec which built the Continuous Data Protection Solution as well as the Cluster File System Product. Murali holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mysore.

Dr. Pradeep Gothoskar (Architect) After finishing post-graduation in Physics from the Bombay University; Pradeep earned Diploma in Space Sciences and Applications from the University of Gujarat followed by a PhD.D. in Astronomy from the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR). Pradeep served as a faculty at the National Center for Radio Astrophysics(NCRA) of TIFR, and at the Giant Meter-wave Radio Telescope, GMRT. These years (1990-2000) involved extensive academic and research activities such as, writing research papers, guiding projects and giving graduate school courses. His academic research covered following technologies:

• Digital Signal Processing

• Image Processing

• Parallel Processing

• Neural Networks and adaptive algorithms

• Real Time Software

• Graphical User Interfaces

Before joining BYGSoft, Pradeep was associated with Symantec & Veritas Software - A leading Storage and Security company between 2000-2009. His work during these years involved following technologies:

• System Performance Engineering

• Clustering

• Storage Virtualization

• Hardware and Software Automation

Anand Ozarkar(co - founder) Anand has over 4 years of experience as an R&D engineer in various domains. He was a part of the engineering team at Librato(Evergrid) where he worked on Virtualization technologies for high availability. He is also the founder of the Visions Group, which sponsors academic research activities mostly in the Windows domain. Anand holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune.

Jayaraman Ramakrishnan Jayaraman has over 18 years of experience in areas of Business Development, Customer Relationship, Product & Project Marketing in Domestic and International Market, Product & Services Delivery Management, Project Management. He worked in both IT and non-IT industry covering various industry verticals such as Manufacturing, Insurance, Energy & Utility and Banking & Finance.

Prior to joining BYGSoft, Jayaraman worked with leading IT organizations such as Patni Computer Systems Ltd. and Nucleus Software Offshore India Ltd. (NUCSOFT) in the capacity of Vice President - Business Development. Jayaraman holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Anna University as well as degree in Finance Management.
